Pain on left side in my breast area

I had a stent put in on the right side of my heart.Now a Year later I am having a stadding like pain on my left side that come and go,Esp after I eat,but sometime the pain come setting standing,working.My Doctor gave me a stress test EKG,Echo gram.Found nothen. I dont know if this pain is coming from a tumor that my doctor did not remove,because of its location under chest bone on left side. I have also exprence numbness on left side when my sugar is high.I do have some nerv damage from test did.I dont know what to do or where to go to get help,i'm on PPO insurance.
