It sounds like your Gallbladder is getting inflamed. I had those exact same symptoms. The pain would intensify when you eat greasy foods, such as potato chips, pizza, pork rinds etc. The pain is off to the right lower chest area and feels like a sledgehammer into your shoulder blade area, and it get's worse with breathing, sitting, lying down, nothing subsides the pain, try raising your right arm for relief, however, if you don't get this treated, you could develope gangreen, spelling? and it could spread.
