right side chest pain

I have a chest pain on the right side that goes thru to my back. I feel it inflame when I cough or sneeze. It is also very uncomfortable to breathe normally. I know I have asthma. But I'm not overweight and I have no idea what gallstones have to do with chest pain. Can anyone help?
