Hi, I am having chest pains from the centre to left side, upper breast, sharp pains off and on. Have experienced it several times but recently more frequently. During the night it wakes me up, early morning and currently. The pain radiats down left arm to fingers. Am becoming very anxious and would just like to know what it is?
