My mother had a stint put in on May 27/05, and for the first 5 1/2 weeks she was fine, no pain whatsoever, or from what she told me. Then she went back to work and seemed fine, no pain. However it was when she was introduced to a new medicine to replace a current medicine when was on that the problems started. She started suffering angina-like pain and severe heart aches, tingling in her left arm, and she could not even work a few feet without feeling pain. She's on plavix and other related medicines, but could this be a panic attack related to anticipation of having another one, scared?
