Hi ..Laser hair removal therapy should work fine in your cases especially if your hair are darker and should not leave any marks. The only downside is that you might have to go through the process several times and it can be a few hundred dollars each time ...My feeling is that laser hair removal therapy should take care of both your problems..once done, tell us about it...good luck !!
