no period since aug 16 very scared

I normally have regular periods but ever since my last period in aug i haven't had one at all. I took at home urine test and blood pregnancy tests to see if i was pregnant and they all came back negative. Now I have to have more bloodwork done. What could be the reason my period just suddenly did this. I've never missed a period before unless I was pregnant.
