From what I understand it's normal. It's like (or is) a muscle spasm. I'm having the same thing. It started yesterday, and my period isn't due for another week and a half. I tried to do a web search for it. I found just a tiny bit of info on it. The only thing is if it gets worse over time, or is painful, you need to contact your GYN.
