No period from depo.cyst popping up on overies

I was on the Depo shot for only 3 shots..I have not had a period for a year and 5 months now. It has been 6 months sense my last shot.I have had alot of cyst pop up in just a 6 weeks time.I have never had a cyst befor.Does this have anything to do with my lack of a period..Im so confused.
