irregular period for past 5 years

i am 19y.o & hqad gotten my period when i was 14, but since then i dont get it regularly. within the first year that i started getting them, i had my period for about 6 weeks & didnt get it for another 6 month. i have been on the pill which made it regular, but it made me put on alot of weight so i decided to stop it. i took a blood test to see if my hormones are right, but it came out that they are realy low & that i have more testosterone. a month ago i went to see a doctor that gvame me natural herbs to try and regulate my period, the herbs were awful but within a week i got my period. but its been a month since that day and i once again havnt gotten my period. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
