White/Clear discharge and white bumbs like pores are clogged

Hello,

I am 23 years old and ever since puberty I have had a clear and white discharge. It does smell unpleasent. I asked a doctor about it once when I was younger and he said girls sometimes have normal discharges and that they would go away after puberty. Sadly I still have them. Also when I was about 14 I started having lots of small white bumb grown inside my vagina. They are not like pimples more like ingrown hairs or whiteheads/clogged pores. I do have a skin condition related to skin not being shed fast enough. This creates lots of ignorn hairs and clogged pores. If anyone has any ideas or has had the same problem please post. I would really like to know. thanks
