red bumps on my legs

I have recently been getting these red bumps on my knees and just above. At first I thought it was razor burn, but I am prety sure it's not. I got a new razor and shaving cream, but they still keep coming. I think it may have something to do with my kneepads for volleyball. The bumps usually get bad when the season starts. I was thinking it may have something to do with like sweating or something. I'm really not sure. If anyone knows what these bumps are please post or email me at ALRu1753@aol.com.
