I tanned for the first time this summer 2 days in a row in a high-powered tanning bed. 2 days later i developed a rash that looks like red pin pricks or small reddish freckles on the tops of my legs and on my forearms. This rash stings when i am in the shower with hot water. My skin isn't visibly sunburnt from the tanning bed. Could the UV in the tanning bed have caused this? How long until it goes away?
