tiny - itchy pimple like rash on arms and torso

I have looked everywhere, or so it seems about this rash, it's only on my torso mostly front, and arms, it started out as little raised bumps and became little tiny blisters which itch intensely, they are not clustered and appear quite randomly spaced, no trails, they do not extend to my genitals,I have no reason to suspect scabies, I did however get a kitten about three weeks ago. Any clues??
