Sun rash?

I keep getting an awful rash in the same plac eon my stomach when i go in the sun....its a big circle only in one place....i could be in the sun for only 10 minutes and it begins to itch and be annoying...i have never been sensitive to the sun..any ideas? why is it just in this one spot each time?
