Abdominal pain is a very non-specific symptom just as is belching. Right upper abdomen pain usuallyarises from gallbladder/pancreas/liver problems, but can be stomach or duodenal problems like ulcers and on occasion even intestinal diseases. Sometimes ultrasound can be negative for stones if tested only once. A normal ultrasound and CT scan makes something "bad" unlikely if your endoscopy is also normal. It is not uncommon that all tests are negative in patients with upper digestive symtoms andsuch people are known to have "Nonulcer dyspepsia". Your doc is the best judge.
